Such an amazing experience! This Sidamo is a must for the coffee enthusiast! Bright acidity lends to wonderful citrus fruit such as limon and lime. The deep complexity rounds out with limon grass and green tea and a subtle honey sweetness finishes this cup like a pro! This has become one of my new favorites especially for the first cup in the morning. Good from start to finish!
